• Respond to approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure content legality and ownership

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are fixed unless stated otherwise
• Payments must be completed as agreed
• Third-party costs are not included unless specified

5. Revisions

• Revisions are limited to package terms
• Major changes may require a new agreement
• Final approval is mandatory before launch

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership is transferred upon full payment
• Wellspecced may showcase completed work unless restricted

7. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party tools, platforms, or hosting providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
