Refund & Cancellation Policy

Wellspecced follows a transparent and fair refund policy. Please read this carefully before purchasing any service.


1. Nature of Services

All services provided by Wellspecced are digital and customized in nature. Work begins only after payment confirmation and requirement finalization.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Work has not yet started
  • Cancellation is requested within any agreed pre-start window

Once work has started, refunds are generally not applicable.

3. Partial Refunds

In exceptional situations, partial refunds may be evaluated based on:

  • Work completed till the cancellation point
  • Resources already allocated

Any such decision is at the sole discretion of Wellspecced.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in cases including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Delays caused by missing client inputs or approvals
  • Completed and approved deliverables

5. Subscription & Ongoing Services

For ongoing or monthly services:

  • Cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds are provided for already billed periods
